
The Bishop advised Kenyans to be patient with the current constitution, saying that it is only after the full implementations that Kenyans will be able recognize the existing gaps in the document, and make the necessary amendments.
Bishop Anyolo also called upon the Government to be just and fair, in executing its mandate, and for Kenyans to support the Government.
The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) has been pushing for an overhaul of the constitution to have a parliamentary system of Government rather than the current presidential system, and to increase revenue allocation to counties to 40 percent of the national budget.
