During the week-long convention, the bishops also evaluated the just concluded 2015 Uganda Martyrs celebration that was led by the Diocese of Lira on June 3rd at Namugongo Shrines.

At the end of the plenary, the Archbishop of Gulu who is also Chairman of the Uganda Episcopal Conference, Most Rev. John Baptists Odama issued a message of good will to the Muslims to wish them a happy Ramadhan.
