Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC) is scheduled to host the second Secretaries General Meeting for the year 2014. The meeting is scheduled to take place on 21stand 22nd October 2014, in Bagamoyo, Tanzania.According to AMECEA Secretary General Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Lugonzo who chairs the Secretaries General meeting, they will focus on the resolutions of the 18thAMECEA Plenary, which was held in July this year in Lilongwe Malawi as well as the just concluded AMECEA Executive Board meeting and see the points of action for the region.
The ordinary secretaries’ general meetings are held twice a year hosted by the conferences in rotation. The first meeting this year happened in March and was hosted in Malawi as the meeting focused on the finalization of the AMECEA Plenary.
