Archbishop of the Catholic Arusha  Archdiocese Rev. Josaphat Lebulu has said that the mercy of God provides an opportunity for men to persevere in love, to love even those who are enemies as God is willing to forgive both good and bad.
He explained this during the celebration of Holy Mass of closing the Holy Year Jubilee of Divine Mercy  in Arusha diocese, held in the grounds of the Cathedral of St. Theresa, attended by hundreds of faithful of the province.
Bishop Lebulu said that after the closure of the Jubilee, believers are invited to continue showing the mercy of God to all people especially those who need it the most. He insisted that  believers  need to witness and to recognize the mercy of God at work among the people and within people.
"Today we close the Jubilee of mercy but do not close the mercy of God. We close Jubilee and now continue like people who enjoy the mercy of God through various opportunities like conferences and pilgrimages "explained Bishop Lebulu.
Moreover Bishop Lebulu  has appealed to the faithful to be willing to forgive others and receive forgiveness from their peers, so they can overcome evil with good.
